Tier 2 Service Desk Technician

JOB DESCRIPTIONSkiltrek is looking for a Tier 2 SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN to join a project in Aurora, IL. The client is currently acquiring another company and this person will be responsible for the IT onboarding functions. This will include setting up all new user accounts within Active Directory. In addition, this person will be responsible for the reimaging and deployment of PCs new employees.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEMust Haves:
- 3 years of Tier 2 experience
- Hands on experience with Active Directory
- Experience working with a ticketing system, Avante preferred.
- Experience reimaging and deploying PCs
- Bachelors degree in computer science, or a related field
- Windows 10 Experience
