Qualifications:
Completion of a three-week on-site training at the start of employment. Availability for an early shift from 7 am to 11 am (20 hours per week) post-training. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism. Proven experience in a dynamic environment, delivering quality work within tight timelines.Familiarity with ticketing systems (Remedy, Jira, Freshworks, Zendesk, SalesForce, or ServiceNow). Knowledge of networking and Windows 10. Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities. Proficient in network printer troubleshooting. Problem-solving skills for Tier 1 Technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Administrative skills: organized, efficient, and versatile. Experience with modifying access to shared drives, Remote Access, and mobile devices. High school degree or equivalent with a minimum of one (1) year of related experience. Physical ability to speak, listen, and hear, with near acuity for hardware examination/testing.
Responsibilities:
Must reside within 40 miles of Homestead, FL, and be available for onsite work as needed. Provide customer service support during the designated shift, addressing IT issues, service requests, and inquiries. Manage service requests, escalating as needed with follow-up to resolution. Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) for common issues, such as "My computer won't connect to the internet!"Log calls and issues into the incident management ticketing system (ServiceNow) and escalate to Tier 2 support when necessary. Offer Account Management support by modifying profiles, setting up accounts, and creating/modifying distribution lists, security groups, and email contacts. Assist in providing Documentation support by creating and updating technical and standard operating procedures.
