Our beautiful, 352-acre campus is conveniently located near Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; and Wilmington, DE. We offer more than 80 affordable degree and certificate programs to nearly 2,000 full-time and 7,500 part-time students, as well as a wide variety of noncredit continuing education courses to nearly 11,000 students per year.
- Schedule and train part-time staff.
- Plan and execute testing activities in support of CET instructional programs.
- Reserve computer lab and update testing availability schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all testing administration procedures, including student identification and test security.
- Inventory and orders testing supplies.
- Assist with examinee check-in, explaining the testing process, monitoring testing, and maintaining a secure testing environment.
- Promptly report academic dishonesty and other student code of conduct violations to the director. Communicates with Harford Community College IT department and Pearson Vue to report and resolve technical issues.
- Report the results of testing to supervisors and testing companies.
- Perform specific job tasks/functions unique to position as assigned by supervisor.
Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement.

- Equivalent technical training, education, and/or experience
- Successful completion of Pearson Vue Test Administrator certification test within the first two weeks of employment.
