Primary Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers, via telephone and email, to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent responsiveness and follow through on customer requests
- Obtain and evaluate all necessary information to answer customer product inquiries
- Provide pricing and updates on expected shipment schedule
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process stock and custom orders, per company protocol
- Edit orders entered and prepare for internal distribution
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests & unresolved issues to appropriate resources
- Manage customer accounts
- Record details of customer requests and resulting actions taken on behalf of customers
- Build and maintain customer database
- Exhibit good teamwork by coordinating with other internal departments
- Provide feedback on areas for improvement in departmental processes
- Provide product consultations
