Test / Process Engineer will provide support for test and manufacturing departments, evaluate best practices as well as repair and maintain test equipment. This position will evaluate downtime, processes, and recommend solutions for the most effective use of equipment, information, material, employees, and other assets.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Submit proposals for tasks and projects for evaluation, application and approval
- Work with Team to analyze production and non-production operations and implement suggestions for improvements
- Review employee proposals and suggestions and provide suggestion approvals and implementation
- Champion LEAN Projects in various departments and lead the implementation
- Able to learn, fix, and support all current test and burn-in equipment
- Must be familiar with manufacturing Test Processes
- Must have a basic knowledge of programming
- Must be familiar with equipment such as temperature monitoring, PLC devices, and data acquisition
- Must be familiar with CAD, SolidWorks, and basic schematic drawing software to provide simple test boards and fixtures

Communications
Oral: Must be able to follow verbal instructions and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisory staff.
Written: Must be able to follow written manufacturing instructions and maintain manufacturing documentation on test results
Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to interact easily with Management and Engineering Team
Training & Experience
Education: Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics, Process, or Test
Experience: 3 years of related work experience in a Manufacturing environment
Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday
Salary: $60K annual / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit Available)
