Responsibilities:
As an AVP leading the Commercial Lines Underwriting team, you’ll provide leadership, guidance and support to the entire underwriting team to ensure that company production and profitability goals are achieved by successfully. You’ll consult on a full spectrum of underwriting activities and processes within the department and direct high-level cross-functional teams to support underwriting initiatives. We’ll trust you to lead discussions regarding the underwriting marketplace, regulatory trends and issues while also promoting underwriting best practices that contribut to the long-term underwriting strategies for the company.
