Job Description:
This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of testing at the Memorial Field House Testing Center. This is a 9-month position with summers off.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
Advanced computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi task and maintain composure in a high-stress environment
Must have excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting
Knowledge of accessibility and student accommodations
Knowledge of FERPA
Familiarity with NCTA guidelines
Communication and other skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to work with diverse students and faculty
Some evening and weekend hours may be required
