There are many restaurants with similar menus in the area, but people choose Hellas because of the amazing staff that we have! We are wanting to add some dishwashers to our amazing BOH Team! Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals. What do our Dishwashers do?

• Correctly operate dish machine
• Bus, sort, and rack dishes
• Place clean dishes in appropriate storage areas
• Keep the dish area, back kitchen and restrooms clean throughout shift.
• Empty trash in dish room and kitchen area.
• Follow proper sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Visually inspect.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

To be successful in this position, you will need to:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of time.
