Test Engineering Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate electrical test systems, products, and components applying knowledge of electrical testing.
- Perform product evaluation and conduct research to solve issues.
- To develop manufacturing processes by designing or modified equipment to meet the requirements.
- To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- To provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- To write procedures, work instructions or modify existing ones.
- To maintain written records of evaluations which can be used to improve our processes.
- To complete projects, train and guide technicians.
- Cost effective and efficient processes for production.
- To maintain test plans and procedures used by operators.
- To design more effective test heads to be used in current equipment designs.
General Responsibilities
- To collaborate in developing products to meet customer requirements, by performing research, and testing manufacturing methods and materials.
- Must comply with company regulations as well as government mandated documentation.
- To contribute to the team effort in accomplishing tasks to improve processes and efficiencies.

Experience and Education
- Extensive experience supporting production of high reliability assemblies in an AS9100 environment.
- Familiar with operation of network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with using lab test equipment.
- Ability to trouble shoot production issues and test results
- Ability to work as part of a team
- US citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a secret level clearance
