What You'll Do:
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, OEMs, and distributors within your designated territory, providing technical/service, warranty, parts, and training support.
- Onsite Support: Provide onsite diagnostic/technical assistance and training to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Logistical Expertise: Utilize our internal ticketing system to log all actions and communicate product or customer-related issues to internal support teams.
- Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on all Hatz Americas, Inc. products, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Represent Hatz Diesel: Attend regional trade shows and open houses to represent the company and build relationships within the industry.
- Campaigns and Repairs: Assist with campaigns, recalls, or repairs as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Previous experience as a technician, product support specialist, or training professional is required.
- Trade School Graduate Preferred: While not mandatory, a trade school diploma is highly desired.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
