Position Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager for our retail division in Oklahoma, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, and maximizing profitability within your assigned territory. You will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to communicate product/service offerings, promotions, and updates to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential threats.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and product/service enhancements.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Wireless experience
- Prefer at least two years in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the wireless sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the State of Oklahoma as needed.
