The Pharmacy Territory Sales Manager will represent Pharmacy clients in the given geography. In this role, the Territory Liaison will work with clients to identify the pharmacy needs and will be responsible for the execution of sales strategy for pharmacy growth.
Territory Manager will lead marketing efforts for pharmacy clients by meeting, educating, and supporting providers on pharmacy services. Territory Manager will strategically target health care providers (HCPs) in multiple disciplines (Internal Medicine, Specialists, Physician Assistants, Nurses, etc.). You will be responsible for establishing the specialty pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy of choice for practices of all sizes. This role will be managed by a third party company and will report to their District Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a strong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy services and educate providers using consultative approach.
· Achieve high sales growth through new prescriber relationships and driving share within practices. Achieve identified sales targets.
· Sell in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing a strategic, data-driven mindset and critical thinking to understand prescribers’ challenges and client solutions.
· Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare market, the pharmacy operations/services, and prescribers’ workflow to identify opportunities to look after prescribers and their patients.
· Employ effective selling techniques, including pre-call planning, effective opening, presentation focus, productive questions, issues identification and effective close.
· Complete call reporting and operational reports along with other admin responsibilities.
Qualifications:
· Preferred 1 year of Healthcare or related sales experience
· You love talking to people and understanding their wants and needs -- strong communications and presentation skills with a competitive desire to succeed.
· Applicant must have a valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
· Candidate must live within 25 miles of territory

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
