Construction company looking to hire a temp Office Assistant to help with our day to day tasks. We are looking for a team player who can complete tasks in a timely manner and be willing to assist others with their daily tasks. Candidate must be a self starter, very organized, great with computers and work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
- Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Act as a personal assistant to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Customer service is a must.
- Strong organizational skills for file management, record keeping and data entry.
- Experience working with computerized systems and software applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
