We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Mailing Assistant to join our team. The Mailing Assistant will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and delivery of mailings.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing and sending out mailings, including folding letters and stuffing them into envelopes.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling mailings to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate mailing schedules and tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties to maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a mailing or administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to mailing schedules and deadlines.
