Temporary Learning & Development Officer

* Hourly rate: $35 - $50 (depending on experience)
* New York (Manhattan)
* Reporting into their Vice President of HR
* Not-for-profit
* Start in January 2024

We are working with a company who will be undergoing a change program next year and will be seeking support in their L&D function to help them build, implement, and facilitate this transformation process in the new year.

The role?
This post will involve working as part of the learning and development team to facilitate training sessions and classes. Partaking in some elements of instructional design for traditional and e-learning training modules, and delivering on the training programs. These programs will be focused on the delivery of leadership, performance management, and performance improvement.

Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will come from a teaching or L&D background and have experience (3+ years' experience) delivering training programs, building e-learning modules, and facilitating online sessions within the not-for-profit, research or academic sectors.
