Working in the Compensation CoE this role will be providing support for our Sales Compensation plans and associated activities/processes, and supporting broad-based compensation initiatives and project work streams. The role reports to the Compensation Lead – Risk & Broking and Sales Compensation and will work closely with multiple colleagues across the Compensation team.

The Role
- Supporting Compensation Leads and Advisors on Sales Compensation plan activities:
- Review and maintain sales plan inventory
- Project manage the sales compensation review project
- Review of the Share Awards Committee (SAC) process to identify potential enhancement areas
- Support SAC requests
- Providing general analytical and advisory support
- Create data models and interrogate data
- Generate insights from data and present findings to Compensation Leads and Advisors
- Collaboration with the global compensation team during the annual cycle compensation review, leading on some Sales Compensation aspects of the process (Producer/EBIT/Sales compensation components)
- Provide quality assurance / peer review of analysis
- Management/involvement in wider compensation COE projects
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ related experience (preferably in the financial services/insurance industry).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Sales compensation experience highly desired
- Intermediate proficiency with other Microsoft Office modules, including Word and PowerPoint
- Detailed-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines
- Pro-active and dynamic work style, geared towards working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
- Knowledge and proficiency in Oracle HCM preferred

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,00-$90,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
