Teller I
- Processmember transactions on several platforms accurately and efficiently viaface-to-face, drive-thru, phone and email. Transactions will include wires and credit card advances.
- Assistmembers with general account maintenance, including direct deposit anddistribution changes, check orders and safe deposit box opening and entry.
- Assistmembers with internet and home banking usage.
- Answerall incoming telephone calls as part of the teller pool.
- Discoverloan opportunities and refer them to the loan department.
- Performcredit union batch processes as instructed.
- Performall other administrative duties as requested.
Teller II - Must meet Teller Icriteria in addition to the following.
- Assist members with accountmaintenance, including account opening; share, certificate and debit/ATM cardopening and maintenance; and direct deposit changes, distribution changes,check orders and safe deposit box opening and entry.
- Assist members with IRA maintenance,including contributions and distributions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge ofdeposit and ancillary product offerings and discover cross-sellingopportunities and present those to members to increase product penetration.

Teller III - Must meet Teller IIcriteria in addition to the following.
- Assist members with IRA share andcertificate opening and closing, as well as IRA maintenance, includingcontributions and distributions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of loan,deposit and respective ancillary product offerings and discover cross-sellingopportunities and present those to members to increase loan and deposit productpenetration.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Highschool diploma. Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred,with preference given to work in a financial institution.
- Abilityto use basic functions of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to use Adobe or other like softwareto complete and view fillable documents.
- Abilityto read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professionaljournals and technical procedures. Ability to organize thoughts in written and/ or oral form in aprofessional and grammatically correct manner, so that the recipient may easilyunderstand the contents.
- Abilityto calculate interest earned per term on Certificates of Deposit and per day onloans. Ability to calculate minorcalculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and figuringpercentages.
- Abilityto apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished inwritten, oral or diagram form. Abilityto deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardizedsituations.
- Abilityto lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and towalk to other locations in building as necessary to complete work. Ability to push heavy doors as necessary togain access to areas needing entry to complete work. Ability to stoop, kneel and crouch tocomplete other tasks, as necessary.
