It is an inbound call center that provides Client’s members with nursing advice.
Performs duties as assigned:
- Utilizing established process, identify members appropriate for nurse intervention
- Provide accurate and appropriate non-clinical guidance
- Utilizing available resources and benefits ensure member is aware of and participating in all non-clinical programs and services offered
- Ensure members are aware system generated preventative health care services
- Provide assistance to members experiencing access to care issues
Required Qualifications:
- Must have HS Diploma/GED
- Must have lockable office and separate workspace (follow up will be done to confirm the separate, private workspace). Candidate will be working with private information for Client’s.
- Must have internet speed of at least 25/10
- Excellent Computer competency skills to include the ability to utilize multiple computer systems
- Previous call center type experience is desirable
- Prior medical knowledge is desirable
- Candidates with back ground in insurance is desirable
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
