Job Description:
- The Telephonic Nurse Assistant receives inbound calls from members; calls may include providing reminders of preventive screenings, assists with transferring calls to nurses, and answer general questions from members.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing established process, identify members appropriate for nurse intervention
- Ensure members are aware system generated preventative health care services
- Provide assistance to members experiencing access to care issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have HS Diploma/GED
- Previous call center type experience is desirable
- Prior medical knowledge is desirable
- Candidates with back ground in insurance is desirable
- 3+ Years of Patient care experience.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
