SalaryOur State Farm Agency is expanding, and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist.
You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information, and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists! I am looking for someone with big personality, a smile on their face, and comfortable making 50-100 calls per day.

What are we offering:
- Full-time (preferred) or Part-time positions available with flexible hours and schedule for part-time
- Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm, with the occasional changes based on need of the agency
- Base hourly pay plus bonuses based on performance
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! We will train and guide you
- Opportunity for growth. If desired, you can get your insurance license allowing you to represent State Farm and the insurance industry with integrity and professionalism in sales

What are the requirements?
- Have to be able to bring a high energy attitude on a daily basis. Energy is key to your success!
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport
