Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Cold Caller/Telemarketer. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, presenting our products/services, and generating leads or sales opportunities from the comfort of your own space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using remote communication tools.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively convey key features and benefits to prospects.
- Lead Generation: Skillfully identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule virtual or phone appointments for sales representatives with interested and qualified prospects.
- Digital Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information using cloud-based CRM systems.
- Achieve Remote Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Follow-Up: Conduct remote follow-up calls to nurture leads and advance them through the sales process.
- Remote Collaboration: Collaborate with virtual teams, including sales teams and other departments, to achieve collective business goals.
Qualifications:
- Virtual Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in a remote setting, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-Discipline: A self-disciplined and motivated approach to work independently and achieve set targets.
- Remote Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of remote sales processes and the ability to identify virtual sales opportunities.
- Digital Organization: Proficient in using online tools and platforms for organization, record-keeping, and collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams through digital communication channels.
Experience:
- Proven experience in remote telemarketing, sales, or customer service within the EST time zone.
Working Conditions:
- Remote, home-based role.
