- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule appointments

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointments
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment generation targets

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in phone conversations
- Proficient in English language
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with business development and sales processes is a plus
