Mortgage Telemarketer/Loan Officer Assistant

Are you an experienced Mortgage Telemarketer/Loan Officer Assistant? We'd love for you to join our team! Your role here at PCM will be primarily responsible for lead conversion - calling prospective clients interested in buying or refinancing and following up with existing clients in the process of obtaining their mortgage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage high volume of outbound calls with existing or potential homeowners who have shown interest in either refinancing or purchasing a home
• Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information
• Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests
• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers
• Perform other loan Officer Assistant duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of mortgage telemarketing and/or customer service experience (inbound/outbound) preferred
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
• Ability to counter customer objections
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized

Spanish speaking candidate is a plus!
