Compensation! $13 / hour base PLUS uncapped pay for performance commission structure.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are generating Hot Leads through our marketing team, your role will be calling them to create an appointment with one of our solar sales engineers or experts. Advancement opportunities exist to begin sitting appointments and signing deals or managing teams as we grow together.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct warm calling through our CRM & company provided phone number to prospective customers to introduce our products and services

- Engage in effective sales techniques to promote and sell our offerings

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions through our provided CRM

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Other business level language fluency is a plus, especially Spanish

- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone

- Knowledge of inside sales techniques and strategies

- Familiarity with technical or technology sales is a plus

- Excellent business development and market research abilities

- Customer service-oriented mindset
