Job Description:

The Cybersecurity Telemarketer at Fornida will engage with prospective clients, advocating for our cutting-edge cybersecurity services and network assessments. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to equip businesses with the necessary tools and knowledge to fortify their cyber defenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily, promoting Fornida's cybersecurity assessments and services.
• Articulate the significance and advantages of our cybersecurity solutions, customizing discussions to meet the prospective clients' needs.
• Arrange consultations between potential clients and our engineering team for detailed cybersecurity assessments.
• Document call activities, responses, and scheduled appointments meticulously.
• Keep abreast of cybersecurity trends to provide insightful information to prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance outreach strategies based on performance data.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales, ideally within IT or cybersecurity sectors.
• Organized and proactive in maintaining high productivity.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT industries.
• High school diploma required; further education or certifications in related fields preferred.
• Determination to meet daily targets and resilience in handling rejection.
• Ability to thrive in both team and autonomous settings.
