Pay Rate: $35.00 - $41.42/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: ON-SITE, Los Angeles, CA 90032

This job requires working on-site and the client is mandating all workers be vaccinated and boosted unless they can provide an approved medical/religious exemption
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and removal of phones, headsets, telecom equipment, and fax machines.
- Provided phone and softphone training to end users.
- Resource will provide support before and after our dial plan migrations to 7-digit dialing.
User Training:
Provide documentation and resources to help users understand the dialing rules and call-handling features.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma Required
- Resource level, skills, and knowledge to perform more advanced work following SLAs
- At least 1 year of experience working as a VoIP technician.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols
- Knowledge of hardware endpoints
- Network layer 1 and punch down terminations on 110 block/patch panels
- Time management skills
- Familiarity with remote support
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- May require repetitive bending, squatting, walking
