Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Technology Support Specialist II!
In this vital role, the Technical Support Specialist II will:
- perform helpdesk tasks and is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of the agency’s information technology systems, including PC's, network systems, and common desktop software applications
- provide the agency with effective technical support via telephone, email and direct interaction
- demonstrate the ability to work well with minimal supervision
- manage multiple activities and effectively make judgments in prioritizing and time allocation, can troubleshoot to the root cause, and can make clear decisions and solve problems

Required Skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize work in-order to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in the following is required: MS Office Applications, MS Windows, Computer Hardware
- Good understanding of spyware and virus removal techniques
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required for travel to sites
Required Computer Applications:
- Operating Systems – Windows 10/11/ (Linux-prior knowledge or ability to learn)
- Microsoft Office O365 applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, etc.).
- Microsoft Azure
- Virus Scanning software and procedures
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years related, hands on experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, miscellaneous applications, printers as well as working in a help desk environment
