This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technology Auditor for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL or Johnston, IA, you will execute audit engagements throughout the global Enterprise. In addition, you will:
- Work within an agile methodology for completing audit deliverables and tasks as part of a high-performing team.
- Provide inputs to audit engagement objectives and execute internal IT Audits and advisory reviews of delivery teams and products/applications/processes to opine on the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Conduct interviews with control owners and prepare appropriate work paper documentation, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Looks beyond symptoms for the root cause.
- Work with external auditors for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) related engagements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within Internal Audit by identifying gaps and providing recommendations related to the audit process.

What Skills You Need
- 1 or more years of experience in a recent information technology, cloud platform enablement, SAP BASIS/Security, internal/external audit, or internal control analyst role.
- Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities using interviews, audit evidence and data imported into Excel or data visualization software.
- Demonstrated experience and compatibility with a team-centric environment.
- Ability to work independently and accomplish objectives in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness [without restriction] to travel domestically and internationally.

What Makes You Stand Out
- SAP Security provisioning or SAP S4/BASIS/HANA practitioner experience.
- Active professionally recognized certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), AWS Cloud certifications.
- Familiarity and application of internal control frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, etc.
- Practices with testing for Sarbanes Oxley requirements which may include assessments of Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports, and general IT controls and security processes over financial reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following areas: AWS Cloud, application development, Infrastructure as Code, cyber security, operating systems, database administration principles, CI/CD pipelines, and network architecture.
- Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- One or more years experience as a software/cloud engineer or developer.
- Demonstrated experience working as a team member on an agile delivery team which includes knowledge and practice of agile methodology and ceremonies.
- Desire to work with diverse and multicultural stakeholders.
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent IT degree
