Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the phone system to answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Proficiency in computer systems, including knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
