```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the overall security of the hotel during the night shift.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy
- Verify and balance guest accounts, including room charges and adjustments
- Process payments from guests and provide receipts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift
-Will help with laundry and cleaning of the lobby/breakfast areas.
```Qualifications```
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest relations
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel systems is desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
