```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls and making reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and computer software used in the hospitality industry
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
Shifts available are below:
Sunday & Monday or Friday & Saturday
- Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit procedures
