As the Technology Analyst, you'll be working with Kerry's transport management & 3PL data. Tactical planning and execution of 3PL onboarding to ensure that data and standard workflows are completed.
Data and system review for rates, routes, mode selection, auto tendering, carrier reporting, new vendors.
Standardize data and ways of working for the supply chain network requirements.
Technology troubleshooting and monitoring to ensure data between the TMS and ERP systems is accurate to the business strategy.
Partnering and collaborating with other functional areas as needed (Customer Service, Operations, Inventory Control, ICT, Procurement, etc....)
SME for SAP data table reporting, maintenance and standards.
Collaborate with all team members to share knowledge and ensure continuous improvement processes
Support adoption of the solution for functional area and support on site team to drive adherence to key processes, supported by insights from EPM suites and ICT data
Engage with plant teams and ICT to identify opportunities for data improvement or process optimization and collaborate to deliver agreed objectives
Identify and resolve underlying data integrity issues
Support 3PL & Site Management Team in identifying and understanding reasons for non-adherence or adverse performance to help drive local ownership
Identify systems issues that require resolution
Identify process gaps, seek cross functional input and alignment as needed, document, and train new ways of working
Identify training opportunities, prepare documentation as needed, provide training, manage process change
Engage Global Supply Planning counterparts for understanding of their ways of working
Evaluate opportunities for improved efficiencies and ways of working within SAP
Drive execution of actions to agreed timelines
Preferred experience with BluJay or a similar TMS
Understanding of TMS applications and capabilities
Solid knowledge of transportation operations and transportation strategies
Experience with EDI transactions and data requirements
Basic knowledge of dry, reefer, bulk, intermodal, LTL, TL, LCL, FCL
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, SQL Queries, & Exel
Knowledge of factory and DC distribution networks
Advanced analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and cooperatively in fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university in Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management or related field of study preferred.
Ability to travel 15-30% percent of time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
