MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA
Description:
- Prepare and communicate with supervisors about upcoming jobs
- Assess project risks and issue and provide solutions where applicable
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and company guidelines.
- Daily communication with supervisors on their schedules, issues, or questions
- Review job performance with supervisor on site regarding safety and quality when job has been completed.
- Ability to use oral or written communication to convey information effectively and meet with GC/customers
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing production/project management
- 5+ years of roofing experience in Low Slope applications (Modified, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal, Coatings)
- Valid driver's license, in good standing
- Proven track record of positive leadership
- Employee must be able to walk on roofs, climb ladders and work at different heights
- Strong organization and communication skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient in adapting to technology and applications
- Relevant certifications preferred (RRO, CDT, Lift, OSHA 30)
