Responsibilities: - Investigate, design, and write release notes
- Investigate, design, and write configuration guides
- Investigate, design, and write implementation and delivery guides
- Coordinate with development, delivery, and support
- Coordinate with geograpically distributed teams
- Work in a high pace environment with multiple, overlaping deadlines
- BA and 5-7 Years experience with writing for enterprise level
- Fluent in English
