- · 5 years technical writing experience
- MUST HAVE HAMPRO experience
- · Must have knowledge and experience of ITAM, ServiceNow (Sam and Ham modules preferred) and CMBD. within these tools they need to have strong expertise on the processes of ITAM, ServiceNow and CMBD.
- · Enterprise environment experience is a must
- · Must have experience writing procedures and putting documentation into place
- · Experience writing SOP’s and process flows
- · Experience creating documentation for current and future state
- · Will be providing documentation for internal team and stakeholders
- · Will be performing OCD (operation change documentation)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
