What We Are Looking For:
The Technical Trainer is responsible for the effective delivery of all KeyStone Core Software technical training courses to Corelation clients and vendor partners. Develop, design, coordinate, maintain, and deploy all Corelation development training materials and curriculum necessary to educate, train, and assist clients while enhancing their overall experience and performance in using the KeyStone Core Software. This is a position specialized in technical development related training.
Requirements:- Instruct, support and coach clients, vendors and staff in developing their knowledge of SQL and Jaspersoft reporting, User Interface and Batch Script development using JavaScript and Java programming, KeyBridge API development and integration, Forms, and KeyStone Server Administration.
- Analyze client training needs to identify training gaps and develop future technical course offerings.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing technical training courses, develop new program offerings and provide customized technical training classes based on client demands.
- Regularly contribute new documentation and review training materials for accuracy to improve student learning.
- Manage the Client Training calendar; ensure registrations are complete and clients are informed of upcoming classes and general information related to technical training.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- You have 1-2 years in any of the following fields, to include technical training experience:
Education or adult learning
Technical Training
Credit unions or financial institutions
Corelation Inc. or similar software company
- You have the ability to read and understand SQL, XML and some level of proficiency on the following programming languages: Java and JavaScript
- You have excellent communication proficiency
- You have management training skills (Presentation, Leadership, Technical Capacity)
- You are able to prioritize and multitask as a methodical, effective time trainer
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have the ability to understand and convey complex concepts effectively
