About the Role:

  • Exciting opportunity to join a partnership with HP Rio Rancho NM and Ascendion – which has been in place since 2016. Ascendion is the preferred partner for talent recruiting, hiring, developing, and career advancement for HP RR NM

Job Title:Technical Support Specialist

Location: Rio Rancho, NM 87144

Pay - $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Location:

  • 2351 HP Way, Rio Rancho, NM 87144

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $35,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
