We are hiring a Client Services Administrator in Bellevue, Nebraska.
This role requires flexibility to support issues, planned and unplanned activities as needed. Client Services facilitates timely and efficient customer services for nearly 12,000 combined user accounts spanning across three networks, and performs advanced Consolidated Service Desk functions providing Incident Relay services into both JWICS (DIA) and DCIN enclaves.
What you'll do:
Client Services administrators should exhibit excellent follow-through, customer service skills, task management, work ethic, and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Administrators must also demonstrate time management skills to facilitate timely resolution of customer service requests.
Candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Create, change, delete, user LAN accounts as requested by ISAMs and Command IA.
- Create, change, delete, Administrator accounts.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Create and maintain procedural documentation and train junior staff as necessary.
- Policy Group Management (KIOSK, SDG), Global Security Group and AppStack Group management.
- Command LAN user account administration (Unlock/Reset/enable/disable).
- Administrator account administration (Unlock/Reset/enable/disable).
- CDI account Administration.
- RSA Token Administration.
- ETMS2 (TMT) account administration support.
- Work ticket queues and document resolutions completely and accurately.
- Coordinate with the DIA/JWICS Helpdesk Service Now to elevate user issues.
- Coordinate with the DISA/DCIN Helpdesk to elevate user issues.
- Adhere to enterprise architecture by following best practices
- Expertly administer both Active Directory and Active Roles Services.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
- DOD TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
Target Salary Range
$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
