Our ALLO Technical Support Specialists are on the frontline of customer experience as well as the escalation point for all our ALLO partners in customer and field operations. We provide the tools, the training and the support to put you on the road to success. If you have what it takes to join our team of Technical Support professionals supporting our business and residential customers read on!
We aren't the usual help-desk, our Technical Support function spans every level of the customer experience. We support both business and residential customers with internet, television and phone services. When the call comes in our Technical Support Specialists own the call which means you will learn the art of managing the customer experience with our services and our products from beginning to end. It doesn't stop there. Our growth and development planning will expose you to all areas of the company providing an opportunity to join those who have made ALLO Communications their career.
Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
Here's what we expect you to prove at the interview:
EDUCATION:
• High school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience.
CORE COMPETENCIES:

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple screens.
  • Understand the differences between a LAN and WAN
  • Basic knowledge of Internet and Home Networking,
  • Knowledge of OSI Model and troubleshooting through the OSI Stack (Helpful)
  • Problem-solving skills with proficient attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills
