Sr. Client Technical Support Specialist
What does successful Sr. Client Support Rep do at Fiserv?
The Sr. Support Rep at Fiserv is responsible for promptly addressing support requests from our customers utilizing our banking software. They manage relationships with multiple clients, troubleshoot software issues, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to project implementation tasks. Additionally, they document reported cases and coordinate resolution efforts.
What you will do:
  • Respond, investigate, and resolve production application and system issues following documented procedures and solutions.
  • Escalate and engage other support groups when necessary to meet service targets for resolution quality and timeliness.
  • Accurately and concisely document production support issues for root cause analysis and operational/management reporting.
  • Perform routine application and system administration tasks as scheduled to meet client expectations for system availability.
  • Validate application and system health after planned maintenance and as needed to ensure system availability. Also, provide on-call coverage as required.

What you will need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent, with relevant experience
  • SQL databases & queries, Infrastructure
  • IIS administration, Web browsers and navigation, Windows Server applications and administration, TCP/IP networking basics
  • Ability to work under pressure to complete tasks on schedule and with high quality
  • Detail-oriented with ability to execute complex, technical system administration procedures
  • Ability to work non-standard hours as part of 24/7 team, including part of an on-call rotation

What would be great to have:
  • Splunk
  • WebTier, Application Tier and Data Tier
  • Using scripts (BAT, VBscript, Powershell)

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
