Implement technology solutions to maximize the customer experience on Gallup platforms.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing the exceptional service that Gallup's clients expect from us. Supporting our world-class Gallup Access platform, you'll troubleshoot client issues and engage in internal review sessions to identify root causes of technical issues. Once you've diagnosed the underlying factors, you'll develop scripts to streamline support for Gallup's client support team. Collaborating with internal partners, you'll track and monitor trends to resolve issues before they become bigger problems - and save the day for our customers by turning frustrating situations into positive experiences.
