We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for overseeing our global Technical Support team and collaborating with other managers to maintain and improve the quality of support services. You will use your knowledge and managerial experience to ensure that our clients receive top-tier Technical Support and help us in maintaining and boosting our client satisfaction levels.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Technical Support team, including hiring, training, and performance assessments.
- Establish policies and procedures that produce high-quality customer service delivery and reflect industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the team to address client concerns and ensure effective resolution.
- Analyze Technical Support team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on product development and changes in services.
Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Manager or similar role, preferably with AEES Group or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of Technical Support processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Certificates in Project Management or Customer Service Management.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability trends, practices, and technology.
- Experience in managing globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency in a second language.
