We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Customer Care team! You will work with our customers along with our Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a phenomenal customer experience. In this position, you will support our customers with problem resolution and provide an effortless world-class support experience.
As a Technical Engineer, you will own and work customer support tickets including Defects, Service Requests and Feature Enablements through resolution. You will work in the areas of ticket analysis/prioritization, problem understanding, troubleshooting, customer communication, working with technical teams for ticket resolution, escalations and reporting.
This position is a full-time role, and you must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Pacific Time.
Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business is preferred.
- Prior work experience related to technology, customer support, Technical Support, business, or related areas.
- Ability to learn technology quickly and troubleshoot issues.
- Desire to help people and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Good understanding of the latest web technologies.
- Basic knowledge of web applications (Training on Phenom products will be provided).
- Prior work experience at a SaaS, software, or technology company is a huge plus!
