JOB Description

• Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Troubleshoot issues reporting within the application and participates in resolving
• Create Knowledge articles for known issues and repetitive tasks
• Create and update any system and process flow diagrams
