• Hardware and Software Configuration: Set up and configure hardware and software according to customer specifications.
• Warehouse Assistance: Collaborate and assist our warehouse technicians on various tasks related to outbound projects.
• Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate help desk notes to track customer interactions and solutions.
• Field Installations: Participate in setting up and assisting with local field installations, ensuring successful deployment of our services.
• Versatile Project Involvement: Engage in various project and support-related duties as required, adapting to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience or aptitude with computer hardware.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork and assist with physical installations.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for installations.
