Keyence is seeking an Entry-Level Support Coordinator for Technical Marketing department. We are looking for someone to provide our division with exceptional assistance to our customers and internal Technical Marketing engineering team. You will be considered the backbone to our sales support system by leading our nation-wide customers support satisfaction and ensure our internal processes are running in an organized manner. Communication will be the forefront skill you will exercise and continue to develop.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maximize availability to field incoming tech calls and communicate professionally with sales and customers.
• Resolve tier 1 technical inquiries and effectively escalate advanced inquiries to tenured technical team members.
• Communicate with new customers introducing them to our onboarding training and support process.
• Assist trainers with setup, teardown, and/or outbound shipping logistical needs.
• Take meeting minutes during weekly technical team meetings.
• Manage lab equipment and assist with periodic inventory taking.
• Periodic travel to tradeshows to perform simple demonstrations of our product lines technology.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and can work seamlessly in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High degree of accuracy, focus, and flexibility.
• Desire to improve team efficiency.
• Open to learning about our industry-leading inspection equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain pleasant interpersonal relationship.
• Previous Administrative or Customer Service background is beneficial.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. during equipment setup schedules.
• Travel up to 25%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
