Tuesday - Saturday: 9am-5pm
Monday - Friday: 12pm - 8pm

Pay: $17.00 per hour
On-call: Rotation with pay/overtime

1-VoIP is a local business owned and operated in Oklahoma since 2005. We are continually growing and are looking to hire a Technical Support Representative for our phone service and technical needs. We are a Telecommunications company that provides phone service to both homes and businesses across the US and Canada.

1-VoIP is an Edmond based VoIP phone provider that provides service to residential and business customers globally. With our growing customer base we are looking to hire a full time technical service representative to join our team.

Representative will provide telephone and e-mail support to assist customers with general inquiries along with troubleshooting technical issues related to home and business phone service.

This position requires:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Basic concept of server/linux environment
- Basic concept of a network environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
