Title: Technical IT Recruiter (Part-Time, Contractor)

Position Overview: Indev is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team for part-time recruiting support. As we continue rapid growth as a company, we are looking for surge support by a driven recruiter comfortable in sourcing strong technical candidates, overseeing the interview process, and closing candidates. This position will be a part-time, remote role expected to support the company throughout 2024.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting leadership to identify solutions to recruiting challenges throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Manage tracking of applicants, source and review resumes, determine qualifying candidates and coordinate the interview process.
- Conduct phone screens and assist with initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and post requisitions which accurately reflect duties, responsibilities, experience, education, certifications, and security classifications required for the jobs.
- Source top-level talent using methods using various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.)
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding hiring needs and the status of recruitment efforts.
- Maintain recruitment records.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of three years' experience of technical recruiting
- Strong background sourcing candidates, internet searching, compensation negotiation, scheduling interviews and networking via social media (e.g., LinkedIn.)
- Understanding of the Federal IT recruiting market and labor category requirements.
- Excellent communication and organization skills as well as demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities and work ethic.
Nice-to-have's:
- Experience in sourcing technical resources in the Federal IT market.
- Experience recruiting incumbent candidates.
