WK Industrial Services Corp is rapidly growing and seeking to expand our team with a Skilled Trades Industrial Recruiter:
Role and Responsibilities
The Skilled Trades Industrial Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting journeymen Electricians, Mechanics, Service Technicians, and comparable skilled trades professionals across the entire United States. As a recruiter, you will collaborate with our HR team and managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and implement plans to meet our workforce objectives. You will build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Qualificiations and Education Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (Industrial Recruiter preferred)
- Technical knowledge in skilled trades such as electricians, mechanics, and service technicians.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) (Beneficial)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Passing drug screening and/or background check is required.
