Job Description
Responsibilities for a Technical Recruiter include but are not limited to:
- Strong focus on a multitude of pipeline strategies, full cycle recruiting and hiring manager communication.
- Refers candidates to hiring managers for interviews and follows up with hiring manager on applicant status.
- Will be in charge of kickoff calls, updates with the HMs, compensation conversations, etc. (In Mandarin).
- Look over sourcing strategies, meet metrics and support AR/VR headcount.
- 2+ years in Recruiting, Sourcing and Screening.
- Determines sourcing/recruitment strategies based on expertise in talent selection and volume staffing.
- Selects candidates based on phone screens/interviews and makes recommendations to hiring managers.
- AR/AI/VR industry sourcing experience.
- High energy and background in grassroots/community sourcing for high-volume recruiting.
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Pay rates up to $46-$50/hr Mon-Fri Possible Hybrid Schedule
- Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week (Friday)
Pay Details: $46.00 to $50.00 per hour
